5. Configuració

5.1. Càrrega dels auriculars i l'estoig

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case and connect the USB charging cable to the case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status.

5.2. Emparellament Bluetooth

1. Assegureu-vos que els auriculars estiguin carregats.
2. Obre la tapa de la funda de càrrega. Els auriculars entraran automàticament en mode d'emparellament.
3. Al dispositiu (telèfon intel·ligent, tauleta, etc.), activeu el Bluetooth.
4. Cerca available devices and select "SANSUI W28" from the list.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the indicator light on the case may change.

5.3. Col·locació dels auriculars

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the correct size of silicone ear tips. Experiment with the S, M, and L sizes to find the best fit for your ears. A snug fit is crucial for effective noise cancellation.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1. Toqueu Controls

The SANSUI W28 earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls on each earbud. Refer to the diagram below for specific functions:

• Volum + (R): Single tap on the Right earbud.
• Volum - (L): Single tap on the Left earbud.

The SANSUI W28 earbuds offer three listening modes:

• Mode ANC: Reduces external noise by up to -52dB, ideal for noisy environments like subways or airplanes.
• Mode de transparència: Et permet sentir clarament l'entorn sense treure't els auriculars, útil per a converses o per estar atent al trànsit.
• Mode normal: Standard audio playback without noise cancellation or transparency features.

Cycle through these modes by long-pressing the Right earbud for 2 seconds.

6.3. Detecció intraauricular

The earbuds feature a smart light sensor that detects when they are in your ears. Music playback will automatically pause when an earbud is removed and resume when placed back in your ear.

7. Manteniment

7.1. Neteja

Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Gently wipe the ear tips and charging contacts to remove any debris.

7.2. Emmagatzematge

Quan no els utilitzeu, guardeu els auriculars a la seva funda de càrrega per protegir-los i mantenir-los carregats. Guardeu la funda en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa.

7.3. Resistència a l'aigua

The SANSUI W28 earbuds are IPX4 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to splashes of water from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. They are not designed for swimming or submersion in water.

8. Solució De Problemes

• Auriculars que no s'emparellan: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to initiate pairing mode. If issues persist, perform a factory reset.
• No se sent cap so d'un auricular: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, then open it again. Check if both are connected to your device.
• Volum baix o qualitat de so deficient: Adjust the volume on your device and the earbuds. Ensure ear tips are correctly sized and seated for a proper seal. Clean any debris from the earbud nozzles.
• Auriculars que no es carreguen: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check for any debris in the charging port or on the earbud contacts.
• Restabliment de fàbrica: Open the charging case lid, then long-press the button under the charging case for 5 seconds. When the external blue indicator light on the case flashes quickly 5 times and the earbuds power off while disconnecting from Bluetooth, the reset is successful.
