3. Configuració
The MERACH MR-E32 Under Desk Elliptical Trainer comes fully assembled, requiring minimal setup.

- Auto Mode (P1-P12): This mode provides 12 pre-programmed workout routines that automatically adjust speed and direction. Press the MODE button to cycle through the P1-P12 programs.
- Manual Mode (HR Mode): In this mode, you manually control the speed. There are 12 adjustable speed levels. Use the + i - buttons to increase or decrease the speed.
4.4 Adjusting Direction
The elliptical supports both forward and reverse pedaling to engage different muscle groups.
