Guia de configuració

1. Connexió d'alimentació

The clock is electric powered and comes with an adapter and a USB Type-C cable. It is not battery operated for primary function, but has a battery backup position for saving time settings during power outages.

Connect the USB Type-C cable to the clock's power input port.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Basic Time and Date Settings

En el primer engegada o després d'una apagadatage (if backup batteries are not installed), you may need to set the time and date. Use the remote control to navigate through the settings menu. The clock supports 12/24H format switching and Auto DST.

3. Alarmes

The clock supports 4 custom alarms: 3 programmable daily alarms and 1 future alarm. You can choose from 10 ringtone options and adjust the volume (6 levels).

Enhance your fitness training with the dedicated interval workout mode. The upgraded voice feature provides real-time updates on your current round and progress, allowing you to focus on your workout without constantly checking the display.

Preset Plans: Choose from 3 pre-configured workout plans.
Custom Plans: Create up to 6 custom interval plans (3 middle level, 3 high level).
