  1. Place the food inside a vacuum sealer bag, leaving at least 3 inches of space from the top.
  2. Open the appliance lid. Align the open end of the vacuum bag with the baffles on both sides and insert it into the vacuum chamber.
  3. Close the lid firmly until you hear two "click" sounds, indicating it's locked.
  4. Press the "Vac & Seal" button. The machine will automatically vacuum the air and then seal the bag.
  5. Once the process is complete, press the release buttons on both sides to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

Consell: For best results, use Bonsenkitchen's deep-groove bags for airtight seals every time.

5.2 Manual Vacuuming (Pulse Vac)

Use this mode for delicate or fragile foods that could be crushed by full vacuum pressure.

  1. Prepare the bag and place it in the vacuum chamber as described in section 5.1.
