4. Configuració i primer ús
4.1 Desembalatge

- Open the top cover of the machine.
- Place the vacuum bag roll into the designated compartment.
- Pull out the desired length of bag material.
- Close the lid and use the cutter slider to cut the bag to size.
- Press the "Seal" button to seal one end of the newly cut bag, creating a pouch.

5.1 General Vacuum Sealing (Vac & Seal)
This mode is suitable for most dry and moist foods. Ensure the bag is properly placed before starting.

- Place the food inside a vacuum sealer bag, leaving at least 3 inches of space from the top.
- Open the appliance lid. Align the open end of the vacuum bag with the baffles on both sides and insert it into the vacuum chamber.
- Close the lid firmly until you hear two "click" sounds, indicating it's locked.
- Press the "Vac & Seal" button. The machine will automatically vacuum the air and then seal the bag.
- Once the process is complete, press the release buttons on both sides to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.
Consell: For best results, use Bonsenkitchen's deep-groove bags for airtight seals every time.
5.2 Manual Vacuuming (Pulse Vac)
Use this mode for delicate or fragile foods that could be crushed by full vacuum pressure.

- Prepare the bag and place it in the vacuum chamber as described in section 5.1.
