1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the Raddy WF-120C Wi-Fi Professional Weather Station. This device provides comprehensive weather data, including indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity, barometric pressure, UV index, light intensity, wind speed and direction, and rainfall. With its 7-in-1 outdoor sensor and Wi-Fi connectivity, you can monitor local weather conditions and access data remotely. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new weather station.

Before beginning installation, please verify that all components are present and in good condition:

3. Configuració

3.1 Instal·lació del sensor exterior

The 7-in-1 outdoor sensor measures temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, UV index, and light intensity. Proper placement is crucial for accurate readings.

• Ubicació: Choose an open area free from obstructions (trees, buildings) that could block wind or rain. Ensure it receives direct sunlight for the solar panel.
• Muntatge: The sensor can be mounted on a pole or a flat surface using the provided hardware. If mounting on a pole, ensure the pole has a minimum diameter of 2.4 cm (0.9 inches).
• Orientació: The wind direction vane must point North for accurate readings.
• Bateries: Install 3 AA batteries (not included) into the outdoor sensor's battery compartment. These provide backup power and ensure continuous operation.

3.2 Indoor Console Power

The indoor console can be powered by the included USB-C adapter for continuous backlight and Wi-Fi connectivity, or by 2 AA batteries (not included) for backup power, which will turn off the backlight after 15 seconds to conserve energy.

• Connect the USB-C power adapter to the console and a power outlet for primary operation.
• Install 2 AA batteries into the console's battery compartment to retain settings and data during power outages.

3.3 Configuració Wi-Fi

The Raddy WF-120C connects to Weather Underground and WeatherCloud for live data upload and remote monitoring.

1. Ensure the console is powered by the USB-C adapter.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions or refer to the detailed Wi-Fi setup guide in the full manual (if provided separately) to connect your console to your home Wi-Fi network.
3. Register your weather station on Weather Underground (www.wunderground.com) and/or WeatherCloud (www.weathercloud.net) to upload data and access it via their respective apps or webllocs.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Mostra finalview

The 10-inch HTN display provides a clear overview of all collected weather data.

• Dades exteriors: Temperature, Humidity, Wind Speed & Direction, Rainfall, UV Index, Light Intensity.

• Calculated Data: Feels Like/Dew Point/Wind Chill/Heat Index.

4.2 12-Hour Weather Forecast

The station provides a 12-hour weather forecast based on barometric pressure changes. For improved accuracy, allow 1-2 weeks for the station to collect sufficient data.

4.3 Multi-Zone Monitoring (Optional)

The Raddy WF-120C supports monitoring up to 5 areas. Additional indoor sensors (sold separately) can be paired with the main console to display temperature and humidity for different rooms or locations within a 100m (330ft) transmission range.

4.4 UV Index Monitoring

The outdoor sensor measures the UV index, which is displayed on the console. This helps users understand the intensity of ultraviolet radiation and take appropriate sun protection measures.

5. Manteniment

• Neteja: Periodically clean the outdoor sensor to remove dust, debris, or insects that may affect readings. Use a soft, damp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius.
• Pluviòmetre: Ensure the rain gauge funnel is clear of obstructions.
• Substitució de la bateria: Replace batteries in both the outdoor sensor and indoor console as needed. Low battery indicators will appear on the display.

6. Solució De Problemes

• Sense dades a l'aire lliure: Ensure the outdoor sensor has fresh batteries and is within the 100m transmission range of the indoor console. Check for any strong interference sources.
• Lectures inexactes: Verify the outdoor sensor's placement is free from obstructions. Ensure the wind vane is correctly oriented to North.
• Problemes de connexió Wi-Fi: Confirm your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz (5GHz is typically not supported). Re-enter Wi-Fi credentials if necessary. Ensure the console is within range of your router.
