Configuració

1. Charging the Intercom Units

Before initial use, ensure both intercom units are fully charged. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the unit and a suitable power source. The LED indicator will light Red during charging and turn Green when charging is complete.

2. Encès / apagat

To power on or off the intercom unit, press and hold the power button (located at the bottom of the unit) for approximately 5 seconds. You will hear a voice prompt "power on" or "power off" to confirm the action.

3. Vinculació d'intercomunicadors

To pair two intercom units:

1. On one intercom, press and hold both the VOL- and VOL+ buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until you hear a "Searching" voice prompt. Release the buttons.
2. On the other intercom, press and hold the VOL- and power buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
3. You will hear "Successful" from both devices, indicating successful pairing.

4. Ajust de volum

When an intercom is ringing or in a call, press the VOL- button to decrease the volume or the VOL+ button to increase it. There are 8 volume levels available.

5. Changing Ringtone

To change the ringtone, hold the VOL- button for 5 seconds until you hear the desired ringtone. There are 4 different chime options available.

To initiate a call, simply press the large green call button on your intercom unit. The other paired unit will ring. To answer an incoming call, the recipient presses the green call button on their unit.

3. Funció de monitorització

For continuous monitoring, such as a baby monitor or elder care, you can leave one intercom unit on without hanging up. The LED will remain blue, indicating an active connection, allowing you to hear sounds in real-time.

The intercom system will provide a voice prompt every 30 seconds when the battery level is low, continuing until the unit is turned off. It is recommended to charge your intercom system regularly to avoid interruptions, especially if used for critical communication like elder care.

Resolució de problemes

1. Intercoms Not Connecting

If your intercoms are not connecting or experiencing issues, you may need to clear the pairing settings and re-pair them.

Clearing Pairing Settings:

On each intercom unit, press and hold both the VOL+ and power buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until you hear a "Di" sound. This indicates the pairing settings have been cleared. Repeat this process for both intercoms to ensure a clean slate for the next pairing attempt.

2. Limited Range

While the intercoms offer a long range, environmental factors such as thick walls, multiple floors, or electronic interference can reduce effective communication distance. For optimal performance, try to minimize obstructions between units.

Ensure the volume is set appropriately using the VOL- and VOL+ buttons. If static or unclear audio persists, try moving closer to the other unit or away from potential sources of interference.
