5. Configuració
5.1. Instal·lació de la bateria
- Localitzeu la tapa del compartiment de les piles a la part posterior del termòmetre.
- Feu lliscar la tapa en la direcció indicada per la fletxa.
- Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals match the indicators inside the compartment.
- Tanqueu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria fins que encaixi correctament al seu lloc.
Nota: The thermometer requires 2 AAA batteries, which are included in the package. Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display.
6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1. Prendre una mesura
- Encès: Press the measurement button to turn on the thermometer. The display will show all segments briefly, then enter standby mode.
- Seleccioneu el mode: If applicable, ensure the thermometer is in Body Temperature mode for measuring human temperature. Refer to section 6.2 for mode switching.
- Posicionament: Hold the thermometer 3-5 cm (1.2-2 inches) from the center of the forehead, ensuring no hair or sweat obstructs the measurement area.
- Mesura: Press the measurement button once. A beep will sound, and the temperature reading will appear on the display within approximately 1 second.
- Resultat de lectura: Interpret the temperature reading. If a fever alarm is activated, the display may change color or an audible alert will sound.

6.2. Switching Between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F)
While the thermometer is off, press and hold the measurement button for approximately 5 seconds until the unit symbol (°C or °F) flashes. Press the button again to toggle between the units. Release the button to confirm your selection.
6.3. Funció de memòria
The thermometer automatically stores a certain number of previous temperature readings. To access memory mode, turn on the thermometer and then press the memory button (if available, or refer to specific button on device). Each press will cycle through the stored readings, usually from most recent to oldest.
6.4. Fever Alarm
The device is equipped with a fever alarm. If the measured body temperature exceeds 37.7°C (99.9°F), the thermometer will alert the user with a specific indicator, such as a different backlight color or a series of beeps. This threshold is typically fixed and cannot be adjusted by the user.

7.1. Neteja
- Wipe the thermometer body with a soft, dry cloth.
- For the probe, gently wipe with an alcohol swab (70% isopropyl alcohol) or a cotton swab moistened with alcohol. Allow it to air dry completely before next use.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, thinners, or benzene for cleaning.
7.2. Emmagatzematge
