1. Introducció

4. Configuració i instal·lació

4.1. Exhaust and Intake Pipe Installation

1. Attach the exhaust pipe to the designated port on the heater using the provided clamps. Ensure it is securely fastened and vents outdoors to prevent carbon monoxide buildup.
2. Connect the intake pipe to the opposite end of the heater. Secure it with clamps.
3. Attach the air filter to the end of the intake pipe.
4. Install the silencer onto the exhaust pipe, securing it with the provided clamps.
5. Attach the air outlet pipe/vent to the front heating outlet. This can be swiveled to direct airflow.

1. Unscrew the red cap on top of the heater unit to access the fuel tank.
2. Carefully pour diesel fuel into the tank. The tank has a maximum capacity of 5 liters. Do not overfill.
3. Securely replace the red cap.

4.3. Connexions elèctriques

The HBS1S heater supports both AC and DC power sources.

1. For 110V AC Power: Connect the provided AC power adapter to the heater's power input port. Plug the adapter into a standard 110V AC outlet.
2. For 12V/24V DC Power: Use the provided DC power cables. Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals to a compatible 12V or 24V DC power source (e.g., vehicle battery). Ensure correct polarity.

4.4. Control Panel Extension

The LCD control panel can be detached from the main unit and extended using the 1.5m (59 inch) extension cable for convenient indoor operation.

1. Carefully detach the LCD control panel from its housing on the heater unit.
2. Connect the extension cable to the control panel and the corresponding port on the heater unit.
3. Mount the control panel in a convenient indoor location.

5.1. Inici inicial

1. After ensuring all installation steps are complete and fuel is added, press and hold the power button on the LCD control panel for 2-3 seconds to turn on the heater.
2. The heater will initiate a purge cycle to draw fuel into the system. This may take a few minutes.
3. Once the purge cycle is complete, the heater will begin to generate warm air. Allow 3-5 minutes for the heater to fully warm up and reach optimal performance.

The HBS1S heater offers multiple ways to control its operation:
