Configuració

Initial Power-On and Wi-Fi Connection

1. Connect the provided AC adapter to the frame and then to a power outlet. The frame will power on automatically.

Sending Photos and Videos via Frameo App

1. Open the Frameo app on your smartphone.
2. Select the photos or videos you wish to send from your device's gallery. Videos are limited to 15 seconds when sent via the app.
3. Choose the recipient frame(s) from your connected devices.
4. Add an optional caption to your media.
5. Review and adjust the photo/video as needed, then tap "Send."

Using SD Card or USB Flash Drive

• Insert a FAT32 formatted SD card or USB flash drive into the corresponding slot on the side of the frame.
• The frame allows you to import, export, or back up photos and videos directly from these external storage devices.
• Videos uploaded via SD card or USB flash drive do not have a time limit, unlike those sent through the Frameo app.

Resolució de problemes

Frame Not Connecting to Wi-Fi

• Confirm that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The frame does not support 5GHz networks.
• Double-check that the Wi-Fi password has been entered correctly.
• Restart your Wi-Fi router and then restart the digital picture frame.

• Ensure the pairing code between your phone and the frame is still active and correct.
• Remember that videos sent via the Frameo app have a 15-second time limit. For longer videos, use an SD card or USB drive.

Screen is Unresponsive or Frozen

• Attempt to restart the frame by unplugging it from the power source, waiting for a few seconds, and then plugging it back in.
• If the issue persists after restarting, please contact customer support for further assistance.
