1. Introducció

Thank you for choosing the Picun G2 Wireless Gaming Headset. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your headset. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your device.

The Picun G2 offers 7.1 surround sound, versatile connectivity options including 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.4, and 3.5mm wired, a long-lasting 100-hour battery, and an ENC noise-canceling microphone, designed for an immersive gaming experience across multiple platforms.

3.1 Controls i ports dels auriculars

Botó d'encesa: On/Off, Pairing mode.
Roda de volum: Ajusta el volum de l'àudio.
Botó M: Long-press for 7.1 surround sound activation, double-click for ambient light activation, single-click to switch light modes.
Botó de silenci del micròfon: Toggles microphone mute.

4. Configuració

4.1 Càrrega dels auriculars

Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the USB-C port on the headset and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The charging indicator light will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2-3 hours.

The headset supports simultaneous charging and use. A low battery alert will notify you when recharging is needed.

4.2 Connexió dels auriculars

The Picun G2 offers three connection methods: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth 5.4, and 3.5mm Wired.

4.2.1 2.4GHz Wireless Connection (PC, PS5, PS4, Mac, Switch Docked)

Insert the 2.4GHz USB & Type-C transmitter (dongle) into an available USB-A or Type-C port on your device (PC, PS5, PS4, Mac, Nintendo Switch dock).
Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power button.
The headset will automatically connect to the dongle. A successful connection is indicated by a steady light on the dongle and headset.
Ensure the headset is selected as the audio output and input device in your system settings.

4.2.2 Bluetooth 5.4 Connection (Mobile, Tablet, Switch Handheld)

Encendre els auriculars.
Triple-tap the 'M' button to switch to Bluetooth mode. The headset will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light.
On your mobile device, tablet, or Nintendo Switch (handheld mode), go to Bluetooth settings and search for "Picun G2".
Select "Picun G2" to pair. Once connected, the headset light will become steady.

4.2.3 3.5mm Wired Connection (Any device with 3.5mm audio jack)

Connect one end of the supplied 3.5mm audio cable to the 3.5mm jack on the headset.
Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio port on your device (e.g., game controller, PC, mobile phone).
The headset will function in wired mode, even if the battery is depleted.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1 Encès/Apagat

5.2 Control de volum

Gira el Roda de volum up to increase volume.

5.3 Ús del micròfon

Retract/Extend Microphone: Gently pull out or push in the microphone boom.
Silenciar/activar el micròfon: Premeu el botó Botó de silenci del micròfon. An indicator light on the microphone will show its status (e.g., red for muted).

5.4 7.1 Surround Sound Activation

Activate 7.1 Surround Sound: Long-press the 'M' button. This enhances spatial audio for an immersive gaming experience.
Deactivate 7.1 Surround Sound: Long-press the 'M' button again.

5.5 Control d'il·luminació RGB

Activate Ambient Light: Feu doble clic al botó "M".
Canvia els modes de llum: Single-click the 'M' button to cycle between steady light and gradient modes.

6. Manteniment i cura

Neteja: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Emmagatzematge: Guardeu els auriculars en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes.
Cura de la bateria: Per allargar la durada de la bateria, eviteu descarregar completament els auriculars amb freqüència. Carregueu-los regularment, fins i tot si no els feu servir durant períodes prolongats.
Manipulació: Avoid dropping the headset or subjecting it to strong impacts. Do not twist or pull the cables excessively.

7. Solució De Problemes

Problema	Causa possible	Solució
No hi ha so dels auriculars	Auriculars no engegats. Volum massa baix. S'ha seleccionat un dispositiu de sortida d'àudio incorrecte. Not properly connected (wireless/Bluetooth/wired). Bateria baixa.	Assegureu-vos que els auriculars estiguin encesos. Increase volume using the volume wheel. Check system audio settings and select "Picun G2" as output. Re-establish connection or try a different connection method. Carregueu els auriculars.
