3. Configuració
- Combina les baralles: Shuffle the 16 Speed Pack cards into your existing classic UNO deck.

- Starting Pile: Place the remaining cards face down to form the Draw Pile. Turn over the top card of the Draw Pile to begin the Discard Pile. If the first card is a special action card, refer to the classic UNO rules for starting play.

Playing Speed Pack Cards

- At level '2', players must discard two cards.

- Penalty for Insufficient Discards: If a player cannot discard the required number of cards, they must discard what they can and then draw the difference from the Draw Pile as a penalty.
