1. Configuració

Before starting, ensure all components are present in the package. The roborock Saros 10 includes the following:

Proper placement of the RockDock Ultra is crucial for optimal performance, especially with the Auto Water Refilling and Drainage System. Confirm the dock position and water pipe connections in advance, ensuring compliance with the following installation conditions:

• Ensure that the location has strong Wi-Fi coverage for an optimal experience with the mobile app.
• The height difference at any point on the drainage pipeline from the ground is recommended not to exceed 50cm (1.6ft).
• The installation distance for the water refill and outlet pipes is recommended within 6 meters (19.7ft). If not, please contact customer service for consultation.
• The water pressure range is 0.1-0.4MPa. If it exceeds 0.4MPa, please use a pressure-reducing valve.
