Configuració inicial

2. Neteja: Wash the bread pan, kneading paddles, measuring cup, and spoons with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the bread maker with a damp tela.
3. Inseriu la safata de pa: Place the non-stick bread pan into the baking chamber. Ensure it is securely locked by twisting it into place.
4. Attach Kneading Paddles: Insert the kneading paddles onto the shafts at the bottom of the bread pan.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Afegint ingredients

Always add liquid ingredients first, followed by dry ingredients. Create a small well in the center of the dry ingredients for the yeast, ensuring it does not come into direct contact with liquids or salt initially.

2. Selecció del programa

The Davivy Bread Maker offers 15 preset programs for various bread types and functions:

• Basic Bread, French, Whole Wheat, Sweet, Buttermilk, Gluten-Free, Super Rapid, Cake, Dough, Pasta Dough, Yogurt, Jam, Homemade, Kneading, Bake.

Use the "MENU" button to cycle through the programs. The selected program number and estimated time will display on the LCD screen.

3. Loaf Size and Crust Color

Select your desired loaf size (2.5LB, 3LB, or 3.5LB) and crust color (Light, Medium, Dark) using the dedicated buttons on the control panel.

4. Delay Timer and Keep Warm Function

The 15-hour delay timer allows you to prepare ingredients in advance and set the machine to start baking at a later time. The 1-hour keep warm function ensures your bread stays warm after baking is complete.

5. Inici / Parada

Press the "START" button to begin the selected program. To pause or stop the program, press the "START/STOP" button again.
