1. Introducció

3. Muntatge i muntatge

Your Aipas C2 Electric Bike comes 95% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly process.

3.1. Instal·lació del manillar

1. Loosen the stem and riser screws on the bike's head tube.
2. Turn the riser forward and center it, then tighten all three bolts securely.
3. Remove all bolts from the handlebar clamp.
4. Attach the handlebar to the stem and reinstall the clamp screws, ensuring the handlebar is centered and firm.

3.2. Front Wheel, Fender, and Headlight Installation

1. Remove the fixing screw and washer from the front fork.
2. Install the headlight and fender by passing the bolt through the headlight, fender, and mounting bar.
3. Center the headlight and adjust the fender height while tightening the nut and bolt.
4. Remove the silver front fender screws and attach the fender arms to both sides of the front fork.
5. Carefully align the front wheel rotor between the brake caliper pads.
6. Reinstall spacers with the locking pin facing the correct direction and tighten axle nuts.

3.3. Display Installation

1. Remove the two screws and nuts from the display mount to prevent losing them.
2. Install the display on the handlebar, ensuring it is centered and properly positioned for visibility.
3. Insert the nuts and tighten with the screws.

1. Identify each pedal by the sticker or marking on the pedal axle (R for Right, L for Left).
2. Install the right pedal by turning clockwise.
3. Install the left pedal by turning counterclockwise.

3.5. Steering Adjustment

2. Ensure the handlebars are perpendicular with the frame and front wheel.
3. Tighten the stem screw securely.

Press and hold the power button on the handlebar control panel to power up the display screen. The smart display provides real-time ride data including speed, power output, Pedal Assist System (PAS) level, and distance traveled. It also features a USB charging port for convenience.

4.2. Pedal Assist System (PAS) and Throttle

• PAS Levels: The bike features 5 levels of pedal assist. Adjust the PAS level using the control buttons on the handlebar to vary the motor's assistance while pedaling. Level 1 provides minimal assistance, while Level 5 offers maximum power, reaching speeds of 28 MPH or higher.
• Acceleració: The throttle provides power on demand without pedaling. Use it for quick acceleration or when you need a boost without effort.

4.3. Gear Shifting and Braking
