3. Configuració

3.1. Instal·lació de la targeta SIM i la targeta TF

El Negreview Wave9C supports dual SIM cards and a TF card for expandable storage. Before inserting, ensure your SIM card's frequency bands are compatible with the device (2G: B2/B3/B5/B8; 3G: B1/B2/B; 4G: B1/B3/B7/B8/B19/B20/B40/B41). After insertion, you may need to configure APN settings for mobile data.

1. Localitza la safata de la targeta SIM al lateral del dispositiu.
2. Introduïu el pin d'expulsió de la SIM al forat petit que hi ha al costat de la safata per obrir-la.
3. Place your Nano-SIM cards and the TF card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure they are correctly oriented.
4. Empenyeu amb cura la safata cap a dins del dispositiu fins que quedi al mateix nivell.

3.2. Engegada inicial

Press and hold the Power button located on the side of the device until the Blackview logo appears. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.

• Neteja: Regularly wipe the screen and body with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Temperatura: Eviteu exposar el dispositiu a temperatures extremes (calor o fred) o a la llum solar directa durant períodes prolongats.
• Emmagatzematge: When not in use for a long time, store the device in a cool, dry place.
• Actualitzacions de programari: Keep your device's software updated to benefit from the latest features, security patches, and performance improvements.

6. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter any issues with your Blackview Wave9C, try the following basic troubleshooting steps:

• El dispositiu no respon: Premeu i manteniu premut el botó d'engegada durant uns 10-15 segons per forçar un reinici.
• Bloqueig de l'aplicació: Esborra la memòria cau i les dades de l'aplicació problemàtica a Configuració > Aplicacions. Si el problema persisteix, desinstal·la i torna a instal·lar l'aplicació.
• Esgotament ràpid de la bateria: Check battery usage in Settings > Battery to identify power-hungry apps. Adjust screen brightness and use power-saving modes.
• Problemes de connectivitat (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth): Toggle Wi-Fi or Bluetooth off and on. Restart your device or the router/paired device.
• Network Issues (SIM): Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted. Check your APN settings. Contact your mobile carrier if necessary.
• Restabliment de fàbrica: Com a últim recurs, podeu dur a terme un restabliment de fàbrica (Configuració > Sistema > Opcions de restabliment > Esborra totes les dades). Avís: Això esborrarà totes les dades del dispositiu. Fes una còpia de seguretat de les dades importants abans de continuar.
