Resolució de problemes

Consulteu els següents problemes i solucions habituals:

Why doesn't it feel as powerful as I expected? El wattage listed is the total power, not for one burner. Power is shared when using multiple zones. You'll notice stronger heat when using one zone on high or BOOST mode—this is normal.
Why does it keep turning on and off on low heat? That's normal. On low settings, it uses pulse heating to control temperature, which is great for simmering or keeping food warm.
It suddenly stopped heating. Is it broken? Probably not. Please check if the cookware is magnetic, centered on the zone, or if any safety protection (overheat/spill) was triggered.
What kind of pots and pans can I use? Magnetic cookware only, like cast iron or magnetic stainless steel. Aluminum, copper, glass, and ceramic won't work. Tip: If a magnet sticks to the bottom, you're good to go.
Why did it shut off by itself? Can I keep using it? Auto shut-off usually happens due to overheating, spills, or dry heating. Once the issue is cleared, you can keep using it normally.
