Configuració i primer ús
- Desembalatge: Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge i adhesius de l'aparell.
- Neteja: Wash the frying basket and frying pan with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp drap. Assegureu-vos que totes les peces estiguin completament seques abans d'utilitzar-les.
- Col·locació: Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of free space around the back and sides of the appliance, and 10 cm above it, to allow for proper air circulation.

The LEHMANN Air Fryer XL features an intuitive touch screen display. The main controls include:
- Botó d'encesa: Encén/apaga l'aparell.
- Control de temperatura (+/-): Adjusts cooking temperature (80-200°C).

Funcionament general
- Preparar menjar: Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket.
- Inserir cistella: Slide the frying pan with the basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
- Encès: Premeu el botó d'encesa per encendre l'aparell.
- Establir temperatura i hora:
- Configuració manual: Use the Temperature (+/-) buttons to set the desired cooking temperature (80-200°C) and the Timer (+/-) buttons to set the cooking time (1-60 minutes).
- Programes preestablerts: Press the Program Selection button to cycle through the 8 preset programs (Fries, Fish, Seafood, Poultry, Pizza, Cake, Vegetables, Meat). Each program has a default temperature and time, which can be adjusted manually if needed.

- Shaking Food (Optional): For some foods, especially smaller items like fries, it is recommended to shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking. To do this, carefully pull out the frying pan by its handle, shake the basket, and then slide it back in. The air fryer will automatically pause and resume cooking once the pan is reinserted.
- Final de la cocció: Once the set time has elapsed, the air fryer will beep, and the heating element will turn off. The fan may continue to run for a short period to cool down the appliance.
- Eliminar menjar: Carefully pull out the frying pan. Use tongs to remove the cooked food from the basket. Avoid tipping the basket directly, as excess oil may collect in the bottom of the pan.
- Apagar: Press the Power button to turn off the appliance, or it will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.

- For stubborn food residues, soak the basket and pan in hot water with dish soap for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
