Instruccions de configuració

  1. Attach the Hanging Strap: Secure the hanging strap to a sturdy overhead structure such as a power cage, pull-up bar, or beam. Ensure it is firmly attached and can support the intended weight.
  2. Connect the Pulley: Attach one of the silent pulleys to the D-ring of the hanging strap using a carabiner.
  3. Enfileu el cable: Thread the appropriate length cable through the pulley. The system includes one 78.7" cable and two 55.1" cables for different exercise requirements.
  4. Prepare the Loading Pin: Attach the loading pin to one end of the cable using a carabiner. The loading pin is designed to fit both standard and Olympic plates.
  5. Load Weight Plates: Slide desired weight plates onto the loading pin. The system supports up to 220 lbs (100 kg).
  6. Attach Handle/Bar: Connect your chosen attachment (Lat Pulldown Bar, Nylon Handle, or Tricep Rope) to the other end of the cable using a carabiner.
