1. Introducció

The KROM KRYSTAL is a transparent wireless controller designed for multi-platform compatibility. 3. Configuració i connexió

3.1 Càrrega del controlador

Before initial use, fully charge the controller. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the controller's USB-C port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., PC, USB wall adapter). The LED indicators will show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged.

3.3 Connexió a l'ordinador (Windows)

The KROM KRYSTAL controller can connect to a PC via the included USB receiver or Bluetooth 5.0.

3.3.1 Via USB Receiver

1. Insert the USB receiver into an available USB port on your PC.
2. Turn on the KROM KRYSTAL controller.
3. The controller will automatically pair with the receiver. The indicator lights on the controller will stabilize once connected.

3.3.2 Via Bluetooth

1. Assegureu-vos que el vostre ordinador tingui el Bluetooth habilitat.
2. On the controller, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (refer to controller layout for exact location) until the indicator lights flash rapidly.
3. On your PC, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices. Select "KROM KRYSTAL" from the list to pair.
4. The indicator lights on the controller will stabilize upon successful pairing.

3.4 Connecting to Nintendo Switch / Switch 2

1. On your Nintendo Switch, navigate to the HOME Menu, then select "Controllers" > "Change Grip/Order".
2. On the KROM KRYSTAL controller, press and hold the pairing button (often located on the top edge or back) until the indicator lights begin to flash.
3. The Switch will detect the controller. Once connected, the player indicator lights on the controller will illuminate steadily.

3.5 Connecting to iOS / Android Devices

The KROM KRYSTAL features a standard gamepad layout with 17 customizable buttons, including:

4.3 Dual Vibration

The KROM KRYSTAL includes dual vibration motors for enhanced haptic feedback. Vibration intensity can typically be adjusted through the connected device's settings or specific button combinations on the controller. There are up to 4 levels of vibration intensity.

4.4 Programació de macros

5.1 Neteja

5.2 Emmagatzematge

Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When not in use for extended periods, ensure the controller is fully charged before storage to preserve battery life.

6. Solució De Problemes

6.1 Problemes de connexió

• El comandament no s'està emparellant: Ensure the controller is charged. Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the controller is in pairing mode (flashing lights). For PC, try re-inserting the USB receiver.
• Connexió intermitent: Ensure the controller is within the 10m operating range. Minimize interference from other wireless devices.

6.2 Button or Function Malfunctions
