4. Configuració i instal·lació
Careful installation is crucial for optimal performance and safety. Please follow these steps:
4.1 Controller Wiring Diagram
Refer to the diagram below for proper connection of all wires. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly matched.

- Font d'alimentació: Connect the main power cables to your battery (36V/48V/52V).
- Motor Phase Lines: Connect the three thick phase wires from the controller to the motor.
- Hall Sensor Line: Connect the hall sensor wire (5-pin) from the controller to the motor.
- S-100 Display Connection: Connect the 5-pin connector from the S-100 display to the corresponding port on the controller. Ensure your ebike controller is compatible with the 5-pin connector and UART No. 2 protocol.

- Light Cord: Connect the 2-pin light cord if applicable.
- Speed Limit Wires: The two speed limit wires are typically connected together by default. To relieve the speed limit, unplug this connection.

4.2 Self-Learning Function
The self-learning function allows the controller to automatically match with your motor's phase and hall sensor configuration. This is particularly useful if the motor's hall sensors are burned out or if there's a mismatch in wiring.
- Assegureu-vos que totes les altres connexions estiguin fetes.
- Connect the two "self-study" wires (usually white wires with a small connector).
- Turn on the e-bike system. The motor should start rotating.
- If the motor rotates in the correct direction, disconnect the self-study wires. The learning process is complete.
- If the motor rotates in the wrong direction, disconnect the self-study wires, then reconnect them. The motor should reverse direction. Once it rotates correctly, disconnect the self-study wires.
The self-learning process corrects any incorrect 3-phase combination between the motor and controller.
4.3 S-100 Display Installation
Mount the S-100 display securely on your handlebars. Ensure it is positioned for clear visibility during riding.

5.1 S-100 Display Functions
