Introducció

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your new Farberware 0.9 Cu. Ft. Black Microwave Oven. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain for future reference.

Your microwave oven is designed for cooking, reheating, and defrosting various food items. It features 900 watts of power, 10 power levels, and 8 convenient auto-cook presets to simplify your cooking experience.

Configuració

2. Col·locació: Place the oven on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight. Ensure there is adequate ventilation space around the oven (at least 3 inches on the sides and back, 12 inches above). Do not block air vents.
3. Connexió d'alimentació: Plug the oven into a standard 3-prong, 120V AC, 60Hz grounded electrical outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
4. Instal·lació del plat giratori: Place the roller ring in the center of the oven cavity. Place the glass turntable on top of the roller ring, ensuring it sits securely.

Configuració del rellotge

1. Press the 'Clock' button once.
2. Use the number pads to enter the current time (e.g., 1-2-3-0 for 12:30).
3. Premeu "Rellotge" de nou per confirmar.

Basic Cooking (Time Cook)

Preajustos de cocció automàtica

The oven includes 8 one-touch auto-cook presets for common foods:

To use a preset:

1. Col·loqueu els aliments al forn.
2. Press the desired preset button (e.g., 'Popcorn').
3. Press 'Start/+30Sec' to begin. Some presets may require multiple presses to select quantity.

Cuina Express

For quick heating, simply press 'Start/+30Sec' to immediately start cooking for 30 seconds at 100% power. Each subsequent press adds 30 seconds to the cooking time.

Descongelació

The oven offers two defrost modes: Time Defrost and Weight Defrost.

• Descongelació de pes: Press 'Defrost' once. Enter the food's weight using the number pads (e.g., 1.0 for 1 lb). Press 'Start/+30Sec'.
• Temps de descongelació: Press 'Defrost' twice. Enter the desired defrosting time. Press 'Start/+30Sec'.

Bloqueig de seguretat infantil

To activate the child safety lock, press and hold the 'Stop/Cancel' button for 3 seconds. The display will show 'LOC'. To deactivate, press and hold 'Stop/Cancel' again for 3 seconds.

Manteniment

• Interior: Netegeu l'interior del forn amb anunciamp cloth after each use. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

• Plataforma giratòria: The glass turntable and roller ring can be removed for cleaning. They are dishwasher safe or can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the oven.

Resolució de problemes

Si teniu problemes amb el vostre microones, consulteu les solucions habituals següents:

• El forn no s'engega: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in. Ensure the door is closed properly. Check for a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker.
• Menjar que no s'escalfa: Verifiqueu que el temps de cocció i el nivell de potència estiguin configurats correctament. Assegureu-vos que la porta estigui completament tancada.
• Soroll inusual: Check if the turntable and roller ring are correctly positioned. Ensure no foreign objects are inside the oven cavity.
• Display shows 'LOC': The child safety lock is active. Refer to the 'Child Safety Lock' section to deactivate it.
