The WELOCK ToucA71 is an advanced electronic door lock offering multiple access methods and enhanced security features. It is designed for doors with a thickness between 50mm and 100mm.

3. Configuració i instal·lació

Before installation, ensure your door is compatible with an EU profile cylinder and has a thickness between 50mm and 100mm. The installation process involves replacing your existing cylinder with the WELOCK ToucA71.

3.1 Compatibility Check:

• The lock is designed for EU profile cilindres.
• Not compatible with UK Oval Cylinders or Swiss Round Cylinders.
• Suitable for covered doors and interior doors. Not recommended for outdoor garden doors.

3.2 Passos d'instal·lació:

1. Treure el cilindre existent: Unscrew the fixing screw on the side of your door that holds the current cylinder in place. Insert the key and turn it slightly to remove the cylinder.
2. Adjust Lock Length: The WELOCK ToucA71 is adjustable. Loosen the screw on the inner knob to adjust its length to match your door thickness.
3. Insert New Cylinder: Insert the WELOCK ToucA71 cylinder into the door. Ensure it is flush with the door surface on both sides.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

The WELOCK ToucA71 offers multiple convenient ways to unlock your door.

4.1 Fingerprint Unlocking:

• Inscripcions: Refer to the WELOCK app instructions for enrolling administrator and user fingerprints. Up to 10 administrators and 190 general users can be registered.
• Desbloqueig: Place your registered finger firmly on the fingerprint sensor. The lock will emit a sound and unlock if the fingerprint is recognized.

4.2 Passcode Unlocking:

• Configuració del codi d'accés: Use the WELOCK app to set and manage passcodes.
• Desbloqueig: Enter your registered passcode on the keypad. The lock will unlock upon correct entry.
• Funció anti-espiar: To prevent others from guessing your passcode, you can enter random digits before or after your actual passcode. For example, if your passcode is 123456, you can enter 987123456012. The lock will recognize the embedded correct sequence.

4.3 RFID Card Unlocking:

• Registering Cards: Use the WELOCK app to register the included RFID cards.
• Desbloqueig: Hold a registered RFID card near the lock's sensor. The lock will unlock when the card is recognized.

4.4 Smartphone App Control:

• Descarregar l'aplicació: Download the WELOCK app from your device's app store (iOS and Android compatible).
• Maridatge: Follow the in-app instructions to pair your smartphone with the ToucA71 lock via Bluetooth.

• Accés remot: For remote unlocking and management over Wi-Fi, a separate WELOCK Wi-Fi Box 3 is required.

4.5 Mechanical Key Unlocking:

• In case of battery depletion or electronic malfunction, use one of the two provided mechanical emergency keys to unlock the door.
• Insert the key into the keyhole on the outer knob and turn to unlock.

4.6 Auto-Lock Function:

• The lock is equipped with an auto-lock feature that automatically re-locks the door after 7-15 seconds of being unlocked.
• This feature enhances security by ensuring the door is always locked after entry or exit.

5. Manteniment

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable operation of your WELOCK ToucA71 lock.

5.1 Substitució de la bateria:

• The lock requires 3 AAA batteries (not included).
• When the battery level is low, the lock will provide a visual warning on its screen and an audible alert. The WELOCK app will also display the battery status.
• To replace batteries, remove the inner knob cover, replace the old batteries with new ones, and reattach the cover.

6. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your WELOCK ToucA71, refer to the following common problems and solutions.

• El bloqueig no respon: Check battery level. Replace batteries if low. If still unresponsive, use the mechanical emergency key.
• Empremta digital no reconeguda: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try re-registering your fingerprint through the app. Ensure you are placing your finger correctly on the sensor.
• Problemes d'introducció de la contrasenya: Double-check the passcode. Remember the anti-peeping function allows extra digits; ensure the correct sequence is embedded.
• RFID Card Not Working: Ensure the card is registered. Try holding the card closer to the sensor.
