Configuració

1. Càrrega dels auriculars i l'estoig

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a power source. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status.

2. Vinculació amb un dispositiu

Assegura't que els auriculars estiguin carregats i trets de l'estoig de càrrega. Entraran automàticament en mode d'emparellament.
Al teu telèfon intel·ligent, tauleta o ordinador portàtil, activa el Bluetooth.
Cerca available devices and select "pTron TWS" from the list.
Un cop connectats, sentireu un to de confirmació i els auriculars estaran a punt per al seu ús.

Controls tàctils

The pTron Basspods P11 feature precise touch controls on each earbud for managing various functions:

Reproduir/pausar música: Un sol toc a qualsevol dels auriculars.

Resolució de problemes

If you encounter issues with your pTron Basspods P11 earbuds, try the following solutions:
