1. Introducció

The SONOFF DUALR3 is a dual relay WiFi smart switch designed to transform your traditional switches into smart devices. It offers versatile control for various motorized appliances such as roller shutters, window shades, and curtains, as well as traditional lighting. With integrated power metering, the DUALR3 provides enhanced control and energy management capabilities.

The SONOFF DUALR3 is TÜV Rheinland certified, indicating adherence to high safety standards. Key safety features include:

5. Instal·lació i cablejat

Important: Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician. Ensure power is disconnected before installation to prevent electric shock.

5.1 Esquemes de cablejat

The DUALR3 supports various wiring configurations depending on the desired application:

Mode motor

Used for controlling motorized devices like roller shutters. Connect the motor's up/down wires to L Out 1 and L Out 2. Connect the power supply (N, L In) and optional momentary switches to S1/S2.

Canvi de mode

Used for controlling two independent lights or appliances. Connect the loads to L Out 1 and L Out 2. Connect the power supply (N, L In) and SPDT switches to S1/S2.

Mode mesurador

Used for monitoring power consumption of two independent loads. Connect the loads to L Out 1 and L Out 2. Connect the power supply (N, L In).

5.2 Compatible Switch Types

The DUALR3 is compatible with various existing switch types, allowing you to retain your original wall switches while adding smart control.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Pairing with the eWeLink App

1. Baixeu l'aplicació eWeLink des de l'App Store o Google Play.
2. Registreu un compte i inicieu sessió.
3. Power on the DUALR3.
4. Press and hold the pairing button on the DUALR3 for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator flashes rapidly.
5. A l'aplicació eWeLink, toca la icona "+" per afegir un dispositiu i segueix les instruccions que apareixen a la pantalla per completar el procés d'emparellament.

6.2 Control remot

Once paired, you can control your connected devices remotely via the eWeLink app from anywhere with an internet connection.

6.3 Control de veu

Integrate the DUALR3 with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for hands-free control. Follow the instructions within the eWeLink app to link your account with your preferred voice assistant.

6.4 Programació i temporitzadors

Use the eWeLink app to set up schedules, countdown timers, or loop timers for automated control of your devices. This is particularly useful for managing curtains or blinds to open/close at specific times.

6.5 Power Metering

In Meter Mode, the DUALR3 monitors the power consumption of connected devices. View real-time data and historical usage reports in the eWeLink app to help manage energy efficiency.

7. Manteniment

• Mantingueu el dispositiu net i sec.
• Eviteu exposar el dispositiu a temperatures o humitat extremes.
• No intenteu desmuntar ni reparar el dispositiu vosaltres mateixos. Poseu-vos en contacte amb el servei d'atenció al client si sorgeixen problemes.

8. Solució De Problemes

• Dispositiu fora de línia: Check your Wi-Fi connection and ensure the DUALR3 is within range. Restart the device and your router if necessary.
• S'ha produït un error en l'aparellament: Ensure the Wi-Fi indicator is flashing rapidly. If not, reset the device by pressing the pairing button for 5 seconds. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz.
• Inaccurate Power Metering: Verify that the wiring is correct according to the Meter Mode diagram.
• El motor no respon: Check the motor wiring in Motor Mode. Ensure the motor is functioning correctly independently of the DUALR3.
• Problemes de control de veu: Confirm that the eWeLink app is correctly linked to your voice assistant account and that device names are recognized.
