3. Configuració inicial
- Desembalar: Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge.
- Col·locació: Place the machine on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. The machine features suction cups on the bottom for stability.
- Components nets: Wash the water tank, portafilter, and filters with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua: Fill the 1.3L removable water tank with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Ensure the tank is securely placed back into the machine.
- First Use (Rinsing): Before brewing coffee, perform an initial rinse cycle. Plug in the machine and press the power button. Once the temperature displays, run water through the group head and steam wand without coffee to clean internal components.

4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Elaboració d'espresso
- Encès: Press the power button. The LED display will show the current temperature and heat up to 198°F.
- Preparació del portafiltre: Select the appropriate filter (single or double shot) and place it in the portafilter.
- Afegeix el marc de cafè: Use 8-9g of finely ground coffee for a single shot or 14-15g for a double shot. Use the dosing funnel to prevent spills.
- Tamp: Feu servir la t inclosaamper spoon to firmly press the coffee grounds into the filter basket. Ensure the surface is level.

4.2 Ús de la vareta de vapor
- Activa Steam: After brewing espresso, press the steam button. The machine will heat up to steam temperature.
- Vareta de vapor de purga: Before frothing, turn the steam knob to release any condensed water until only steam comes out. Turn the knob off.
- Escuma de llet: Immerse the steam wand tip just below the surface of cold milk in a stainless steel pitcher. Turn the steam knob on. Move the pitcher up and down to create microfoam.

5. Manteniment
La neteja i el manteniment regulars garanteixen la longevitat i el rendiment òptim de la teva màquina d'espresso.
5.1 Neteja diària
- Portafilter & Filters: Després de cada ús, traieu el portafiltre i llenceu els mòlts de cafè utilitzats. Esbandiu el portafiltre i la cistella del filtre amb aigua corrent.
- Safata de degoteig: Buidar i netejar la safata de goteig regularment.
- Vareta de vapor: As mentioned in operation, wipe and purge the steam wand immediately after each use.
