Configuració

1. Attaching to Your Phone

The MagCam V2 features strong built-in magnets for secure attachment to MagSafe-compatible iPhones (iPhone 12-17 series). For Android phones or other devices that do not support MagSafe, use the included magnetic ring.

1. Ensure your phone or phone case is clean and dry.
2. For non-MagSafe devices, carefully apply the provided magnetic ring to the center of your phone's back or phone case. Ensure it is flat and securely adhered.
3. Align the MagCam V2's magnetic wireless charging module with the back of your phone or the magnetic ring. It will snap into place securely.

2. Bluetooth Remote Pairing

The Bluetooth remote module is detachable from the grip. To pair it with your phone:

1. Detach the Bluetooth remote module from the main grip.
2. Press and hold the "Power" button on the remote for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. The status indicator lights will flash.
3. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and select "PGYTECH MagCam V2" to connect.
4. For iPhone users, enable specific accessibility settings for optimal remote functionality:
• Go to "Settings" > "Accessibility" > "Zoom".
• Enable "Zoom" and then select "Full Screen Zoom".

1. Using the Camera Grip for Photography

Hold your phone with the MagCam V2 grip for a more stable and comfortable shooting experience. The grip mimics the feel of a traditional camera.

• Shutter/Record/Focus Button: Press fully to take a photo or start/stop video recording. Half-press for focus (functionality may vary with native camera apps; optimized with PGYTECH app).
• Zoom Adjustment Button: Use to zoom in or out.

2. Detachable Bluetooth Remote

Manteniment

Resolució de problemes

• El comandament a distància no s'emparella:

  Ensure the remote is charged. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to re-enter pairing mode. Check your phone's Bluetooth settings and ensure the device is visible and selected. For iPhone, verify accessibility settings are enabled as described in the Setup section.
• Phone not charging wirelessly:

  Ensure your phone is MagSafe compatible or has the magnetic ring correctly applied. Verify the MagCam V2 grip module is charged. Check for any obstructions between the phone and the charging module. Ensure the phone is correctly aligned on the magnetic charging surface.

• Magnetic attachment feels weak:

  Ensure the magnetic surfaces on both the phone/ring and the grip are clean. If using a phone case, ensure it is thin enough not to interfere with the magnetic connection. The magnetic ring should be applied directly to the phone or a smooth, flat case.
