General steps for assembly:

2. Install Upright Posts: Attach the vertical upright posts to the base frame. These posts feature numbered holes for height adjustments.
3. Mount Weight Stacks: Carefully slide the cement weight plates onto the guide rods. Secure the top plate and selector pin mechanism.
4. Attach Smith Machine Guide Rods and Bar: Install the solid Smith machine guide rods and the padded Smith bar. Ensure smooth linear bearing operation.
5. Install Pull-Up Station: Secure the multi-grip pull-up bar to the top frame of the unit.
6. Route Cables and Pulleys: Follow the cable routing diagram in your manual precisely. Attach all pulleys and cables for the dual cable crossover system.

Your DONOW Smith Machine offers a wide range of exercises. Familiarize yourself with each station before beginning your workout.

• Smith Machine: The Smith bar moves vertically along guide rods. Use the safety catches to set your desired start/end height. Twist the bar to engage/disengage from the safety hooks.
• Dual Cable Crossover: Adjust the height of the cable pulleys by pulling the pin and sliding the carriage to the desired position. Attach various handles (included) for different exercises like cable crossovers, rows, tricep pushdowns, and bicep curls.
