4. Configuració

4.1 Desembalatge i preparació inicial

1. Open the product's outer carton and carefully remove all accessories and components. Verify that all items listed in the 'Package Contents' section are present.
2. Remove all protective films and packaging materials from the robot vacuum and the base station.

4.2 Col·locació de l'estació base

1. Place the base station in an open area with good Wi-Fi signal. Ensure there is sufficient space around the base station: at least 5 cm on both sides and 1 meter in front. Avoid placing any other objects within these shaded areas.

3. Securely connect the power cord to the base station and plug it into a power outlet. Ensure the base station indicator light is illuminated.

4.3 Solution Dispenser Setup

1. Remove the dust tank cover from the base station. Pull out the Auto Solution Dispenser Module (Dual Compartments).
2. Open the upper lids of the module. Add the cleaning solution to compartment A and the pet odor solution to compartment B. Close the lids of the module and put it back into the base station. Reinstall the dust tank cover.
3. Open the upper cover of the base station and remove the clean water tank. Fill the tank with clean tap water. Do not add hot water, as this may deform the tank. Close the lid and install the clean water tank back into the base station.
4. Remove the used water tank from the base station. Align the deodorizer with the slot on the inner wall of the used water tank and press down until it clicks into place. Reinstall the used water tank back into the base station and fit the upper cover.

4.4 Robot Power On and Charging

1. Remove all protective covers from the robot. Press and hold the start button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
2. Place the robot into the base station after powering on. A voice prompt confirming charging indicates a successful connection.

4.5 App Download and Device Pairing

1. Open the robot's flip cover and scan the QR code on the body with your phone. Alternatively, search for the "Dreamehome" app in your app store (App Store or Google Play Store), download, and install it.
2. Open the Dreamehome app. If you are using the app for the first time, click "Sign up now" and register using your cellphone number or email.
3. After successful logging in, tap to scan the QR code for connection. Scan the QR code on the robot again to add the device. Finish the connection as prompted on the app.
4. Note: Wi-Fi connection only supports networks on the 2.4GHz band. The robot's indicator light will start blinking slowly, indicating it has entered network pairing mode.

1. Before the first cleaning, ensure the robot departs from the base station for safety and smooth operation. Open all doors to areas that need cleaning throughout your home. Move away items that are easily knocked over, fragile, valuable, or potentially hazardous. Clear as much cleaning space as possible.
2. For first-time use, it's recommended to perform Fast Mapping following the app guidance. The robot will complete a full-house map creation in 5-10 minutes without performing cleaning.
3. After mapping is complete, you can set up zones based on your home layout. Edit special areas including your furniture, carpet, virtual walls, and no-go zones. Add passable/impassable thresholds and ramps on the map.
4. If your home has multiple floors, click "Multi-floor map management" at the bottom to add other floors. Please move the robot to the designated floor when it's in standby state (not in cleaning task); there's no need to move the base station. Create a new map.

1. Start cleaning via the app or by briefly pressing the Power button on the robot. The robot will perform floor cleaning following the optimal route planned based on the map.
2. You can select the desired cleaning mode (Vacuum, Mop, Vac & Mop, Mop after Vac), suction power (Quiet, Standard, Intense, Max), dampness of mop pad (Slightly dry, Moist, Wet), mop pressure (Light, Normal, Intense), and mop-washing frequency in the app.
3. Tap the Settings icon at the top right corner to access more customization settings, including customizations of carpet, low region, corner and gap, threshold, cleaning solution, etc.
4. If you have a pet, it is recommended to enable the "Pet Mode" to customize pet-related settings.
5. During mopping, the robot will automatically return to wash the mop pad according to the mop-pad washing settings in the app. After completing the cleaning task, it will return to the initial starting point of the task.
6. After returning to the base station, the robot will be automatically refilled via the base station. Once refilled, the robot will resume cleaning.
7. After the robot finishes its cleaning task and returns to recharge, the base station will automatically collect dust, wash, and dry the mop pad.

6. Manteniment

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your DREAME Aqua10 Ultra Roller. It is recommended to clean every two weeks. The frequency of maintenance and replacement depends on actual usage. If abnormalities occur due to special circumstances, perform maintenance or replace parts promptly.

Then install the used water tank back to the base station. Scrub the inner wall of the clean water tank to prevent scale buildup. 2. Washboard Cleaning: After mopping pad cleaning completes, please remove the robot first. Remove the washboard filter. Clean the pumping port. Reinstall the washboard filter in the washboard. Gently wipe charging contacts, signal area, exhaust vents, and ramp extension plate with a soft, dry cloth.

Use a proper tool to remove any hair tangled in the brushes. After cleaning, push the brushes firmly into the main brush holder until they click into place. Clean the main brush slot. With the screen-printed arrows facing upwards, insert the main brush holder into the slots downwards in an inclined way. Align the front end of the main brush cover with the slot, then push downward at an angle until it clicks into place.
4. Mop Pad Care & Replacement: First, press and hold the mop assembly clip. Gently lift the assembly upwards. Remove the mop assembly. Rinse the mop pad thoroughly with clean water and let it air dry. Remove the fluffing roller. Clean any hair tangled around the fluffing roller. Rinse it with clean water and let it dry. Gently lift the roller drive motor assembly. Slide the mop assembly along the mop assembly compartment until it reaches the top. Rotate the ring to the top position, then press it down firmly. A click sound confirms that it is securely installed.
5. Main Wheel Cleaning: Use a cleaning brush to remove dirt from the main wheels. Check for hair or debris stuck in gaps beside the wheels. Use appropriate tools to clean.
6. Caster Wheel Cleaning: Remove the caster wheel using a tool (e.g., small screwdriver). Rinse under running water. Air-dry and reinstall.
