5. Configuració

5.1 Installing the Bag Roll

  1. Obriu la tapa de la segelladora al buit.
  2. Locate the bag storage compartment inside the machine.
  3. Insert the included bag roll into the storage compartment. Ensure the roll unwinds smoothly towards the sealing area.
  4. Pull a sufficient length of bag material over the sealing bar.

5.2 Creating a Custom Bag

  1. Pull the bag material to the desired length, ensuring enough space for the food item and a proper seal.
  2. Use the built-in dual-direction sliding cutter to cut the bag from the roll.
  3. Place one end of the cut bag onto the heating bar.
  4. Close the lid by pulling down the handle until it locks.
  5. Press the "Manual Seal" button to create the bottom seal of your custom bag.
  6. Wait for the sealing process to complete and the indicator light to turn off before opening the lid.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Basic Vacuum Sealing

  1. Place the food item inside a vacuum sealer bag, leaving at least 2-3 inches of space between the food and the top edge of the bag.
  2. Ensure the open end of the bag is clean, dry, and flat.
  3. Insert the bag's opening end into the vacuum chamber (under the stopper). Ensure the smooth side of the bag is facing upwards.
  4. Close the lid by pulling down the handle firmly until both sides click into place.
  5. Select the appropriate mode for your food type (e.g., "Dry" for solid foods, "Moist" for foods with some liquid, "Damp" for very moist foods).
  6. Choose suction level: "Gentle" for delicate items or "Normal" for most foods.
  7. Press the "Vac & Seal" button to start the automatic vacuuming and sealing process. The progress will be displayed on the screen.

6.2 Using the External Vacuum Accessory

The external vacuum accessory is used for vacuum sealing canisters or other compatible containers.

  1. Insert the smaller end of the vacuum hose into the accessory port on the side of the vacuum sealer.
  2. Connect the other end of the hose to the vacuum port on your canister or container and press it firmly to ensure a tight connection.
  3. Close the lid of the vacuum sealer.
  4. Select and press the "Canister" button to start the vacuum process.
  5. Once vacuuming is complete, the machine will stop automatically. Remove the hose from both the machine and the container.

6.3 Pulse Vacuum Mode

Use the "Pulse Vacuum" mode for delicate foods that could be crushed by full vacuum pressure. This mode allows you to control the vacuum process manually.

  1. Prepare the bag and food as for basic vacuum sealing.
