Benvinguts a Biwin Intelligence! Aquest programari multifuncional de gestió d'SSD està dissenyat per ser compatible amb els productes SSD de la marca de consum Biwin. Per a una experiència d'emmagatzematge més còmoda i segura, aquest programari ajuda els usuaris a gestionar les seves unitats amb funcions com ara proves de rendiment, migració de dades, actualització de firmware i molt més. Drive Inf3.2 Drive Information

• Description: Provides detailed data to help you quickly understand your drive’s status.

La informació que es mostra inclou:

• Informació bàsica: número de sèrie, firmware, fabricant, interfície, velocitat de la interfície;
• Drive History: Total Host Reads, Total Host Writes, Total NAND Writes, Power Cycles, Power-On Hours; Drive Status: Health, Temperature;
• Drive Partition: Total Capacity, Used Capacity, Unallocated Capacity.

Passos:

• Obriu el programari i la pàgina Informació de la unitat apareixerà per defecte;
• Seleccioneu la unitat a view (if multiple drives are connected); Check the detailed information and status of the drive on the right side.

INTELLIGENT
Description: S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) monitors and analyzes your drive to detect possible failure early.

Passos:

• Feu clic a la icona "Informació de la unitat" i després al botó "SMART" a la cantonada inferior dreta de la pàgina Informació de la unitat;
• View els paràmetres SMART i els seus valors actuals;
• Check the health status using the status indicator (green = good, yellow = normal, red = warning);
• Feu clic al botó d'actualització que hi ha al costat de l'indicador d'estat per actualitzar la informació d'SMART.

Error Sc Scanan
Description: Provides Quick Scan and Deep Scanmodes to detect potential drive faults.

Passos:

• Feu clic a la icona "Escaneig d'errors";
• Seleccioneu el mode d'escaneig: Escaneig ràpid o Escaneig profund;
• Feu clic al botó "Inici";
• Després de l'actualització, seguiu les instruccions d'apagada per completar l'actualització del firmware. El firmware s'actualitzarà a la darrera versió després de reiniciar.

Prova de rendiment
Description: Provides the drive’s read and write performance and detailed data.

Passos:

• Feu clic a la icona "Prova de rendiment";
• Set the “Setup Benchmark” with the performance indicators;
• Feu clic al botó “Inici”. Un cop finalitzada la prova, podeu view els resultats. Si cal, podeu fer clic al botó “Torna a intentar” per executar-lo de nou.

Drive Er3.6 Drive Erasease
Description: Erases the file l'índex del sistema i l'estructura de directoris o restableix la unitat a la configuració de fàbrica.

Passos:

• Feu clic a la icona "Esborrar unitat";
• Select the drive to erase and choose the erasure method; Click the “Start” button and confirm the risk;
• Després de la finalització, view els resultats i feu clic al botó “Torna a intentar” per executar-ho de nou.

Notes:

• Esborrat estàndard: Esborra la unitat file índex del sistema i estructura de directoris, perdent les dades originals i la informació de la partició i la unitat no es inicialitzarà;

Data Migra Migrationation
Description: Transfers data from the source drive to the target drive.

Passos:

• Feu clic a la icona “Migració de dades”;
• Seleccioneu les unitats d'origen i de destinació;
• Trieu el files per migrar i el directori de destinació;
• Feu clic al botó “Inici”. Un cop finalitzada la migració, podeu view els resultats. Si cal, podeu fer clic al botó “Torna a intentar” per executar-lo de nou.

Drive Cloning3.8 Drive Cloning
Description: Duplicates data from the source drive to the target drive. This feature is recommended for system cloning.

Passos:

• Feu clic a la icona "Clonació d'unitats";
• Seleccioneu les unitats d'origen i de destinació;
• Feu clic al botó "Inici";
• Un cop finalitzada la clonació, podeu view els resultats. Si cal, podeu fer clic al botó “Torna a intentar” per executar-lo de nou.

Informació del sistema
Description: Provides details about the system configuration.

Passos:

• Feu clic a la icona "Informació del sistema";
• The interface will display information about the current host, including op erating system information, hardware specifications and storage controller details.

Description: Provides detailed instructions, usage notes, and solutions to common issues for reference.

Passos:

• Feu clic al botó “Guia de l'usuari” per view contingut detallat.

Configuració

Escaneig automàtic
Description: Allows users to choose whether to enable the Auto Scan feature.
Opció de la llengua
Description: Supports a multilingual interface with Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English for global users.

Theme Option
Description: Supports Light/Dark mode, allowing users to switch between themes based on their preference.
Download Updates
Description: Allows users to choose whether to enable the automatic download of software updates.

Notes

1. Drive Detection & Identification
2. If the drive fails to load in Biwin Intelligence, please check its status under “Disk Management” to confirm it is properly mounted.
3. If a partition lacks a drive letter or is identified as a partition of another system type, Biwin Intelligence will classify it as a Vol partition with an available capacity of 0 MB and mark the drive as unsupported.
4. If “No Partition Detected” is displayed, press WIN+X to open the “Disk Management” interface, initialize the SSD and create partitions before proceeding.
5. S.M.A.R.T. values are displayed in hexadecimal format.
6. Error Scan & Performance Test
7. The duration of the Deep Scan increases exponentially as the remaining free space grows. Error Scan does not support partition operations, which may result in failure.
8. Deep Scan includes a preparation phase followed by the actual scanning phase.
9. During the normal testing process, the drive must not be abnormally removed or the testing tool forcibly turned off; otherwise, it will cause abnormal functions of the drive.

Esborrar unitat

1. Before performing Drive Erase, please ensure that all important data has been backed up. 4.3.2 If Secure Erase fails, please update your Windows version and try again.
2. If the SSD fails to erase when connected through an external enclosure, please reconnect the SSD via PCIe to the host and try again.
3. CFexpress memory card must be connected via a Biwin card reader.

Performance Optimization & Firmware Update

1. Performance Optimization and Firmware Update may take some time. Please wait.
2. CFexpress memory card must be connected via a Biwin card reader.

Data Migration & Drive Cloning

1. Before performing Drive Cloning, please ensure that all important data has been backed up. 4.5.2 Before performing Data Migration or Drive Cloning, please ensure that the target drive has suf-ficient storage capacity.
2. During Data Migration, a new folder will be created in the selected path of the target drive to store the migrated data.
3. The source drive for Drive Cloning and Data Migration is selected from the drive list, while the target drive is chosen from a dropdown menu.
4. Data Migration may fail if the source drive is the system drive due to read permission issues.
5. Drive Cloning is supported only when the source drive is a Biwin, Acer, or HP drive, or a system drive from other brands; the target drive must be a Biwin, Acer, or HP drive.
6. Partition copy is currently unavailable when the target disk is a SATA drive.

Configuració

1. Biwin Intelligence automatically refreshes detected drive information every five minutes. This feature can be turned off in the Settings menu.
2. Biwin Intelligence will automatically download updates. This feature can be turned off in the Settings menu.
3. During the installation and use of Biwin Intelligence, third-party antivirus software may issue warnings. However, Biwin Intelligence ensures user privacy and security remain uncompromised. Please add the C:\Windows\BIWIN DISK MASTER directory as a trusted directory in Security Manager.

Hardware Operations & Compatibility

1. When inserting/removing the M.2 drive while the computer is on, you must completely shut down and restart the system for it to work properly.
2. When using Biwin Intelligence, please avoid performing irregular read/write operations on the drive, such as formatting partitions or overwriting the drive.
3. Resistent File System (ReFS) partitions created on higher operating system versions are recognized as RAW partitions on lower OS versions, which may impact the functionality of certain features.
