To unlock the full experience, download the Nu Skin Vera app from the App Store or Google Play. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, open the app, tap 'Devices', and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your ageLOC device.
To perform a factory reset, place the device on the magnetic charger and press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds. The lights will cycle, indicating the reset is complete.
When charging, the indicator lights glow from bottom to top. When fully charged, the lights will turn green and remain lit. If the battery is low after a treatment, the bottom lights will display amber.
The device itself is water-resistant and safe to use in the shower. However, the magnetic charger is not waterproof and should be kept in a dry environment and never exposed to water.
