To reset most Anviz devices, locate the physical reset button and hold it for at least 10 seconds until the LEDs flash. Alternatively, access the device menu using the Admin credentials and navigate to Settings > Device > Factory Reset.
The default Admin ID is typically '0' and the default Password is '12345'. It is highly recommended to change these credentials immediately after setup for security purposes.
First, create an account at crosschexcloud.com. On your device, navigate to the Network or Cloud settings, enter the Company ID and Password found in your Cloud account settings, and ensure the device has an active internet connection via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
