Arlo cameras often require a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for setup. Ensure your mobile device is connected to your 2.4 GHz network before starting the setup in the Arlo Secure App. If your router uses a single SSID for both bands, try moving further away from the router to force a 2.4 GHz connection or temporarily disable the 5 GHz band in your router settings.
To charge the Arlo Video Doorbell (2nd Gen), use the included release pin to remove the mounting plate and access the charging port. Connect the provided USB charging cable. The LED on the front will turn solid blue when the device is 100% charged.
The Arlo Solar Panel Charger is compatible with select battery-powered models, including the Arlo Essential series, Go 2 series, Pro 3 series and above, Ultra series, and Wireless Floodlights.
