  • Com puc iniciar sessió a Web GUI of my ATEL device?

    Connect your computer or phone to the ATEL device's Wi-Fi. Open a web browser and enter http://192.168.0.1 (or the IP address printed on your device label). Log in using the username 'admin' and the unique password found on the device label.

  • How do I factory reset my ATEL router or hotspot?

    Locate the Reset pinhole on the device. propertly powered on, insert a paperclip or pin into the hole and hold for about 5 seconds until the LED indicators blink or turn off, then release. The device will reboot to factory defaults.

  • What SIM card size does the ATEL RE600 use?

    The ATEL RE600 typically uses a Nano SIM (4FF) card. Ensure the device is powered off before inserting or removing the SIM card.

  • Why is my ATEL device not connecting to the internet?

    Check that your SIM card is active and properly inserted. Verify that the cellular signal LED is on (indicating a connection to the network). If the issue persists, try restarting the device or performing a factory reset.
