BOYHOM support FAQ
Preguntes freqüents sobre manuals, registre i assistència per a aquesta marca.
-
Why does my BOYHOM R36S console only show a yellow light when turned on?
Powering on without a system card inserted will only display a yellow light. You must insert the OS system card into the TF1-OS slot and press the Reset button to boot the system.
-
How do I properly charge my BOYHOM retro handheld console?
Use the original 5V 2A charging cable and connect it to the DC power input (not the OTG port). When the red light starts flashing, the device needs charging. A solid red indicator light means it is charging.
-
What is the purpose of the dual TF cards on BOYHOM consoles?
The dual TF card design separates the operating system from your games. The TF1-OS slot is used for the system boot card, while the TF2-GAME slot is meant for storing your copied game data and ROMs.
-
How do I fix my BOYHOM console if it goes to a black screen immediately after powering on?
Ensure your game card is securely inserted into the designated TF2-GAME port on the side of the device. If the software was set to SD2 and the TF2 card was removed before booting, the system will fail to wake.
-
How do I save and load games on BOYHOM handhelds?
During gameplay on most BOYHOM handhelds, you can press SELECT + L1 or R1 to save or read your game state. You can also use SELECT + UP or DOWN to change the save slot location.
