Take out both earbuds from the charging case; they will turn on and pair with each other automatically. Activate Bluetooth on your device and select the DIGDIY model (e.g., 'DIGDIY D11') from the list.
Turn off Bluetooth on your device. Place both earbuds into the open charging case, then press and hold the multi-function button (MFB) on the case for 5 seconds until the LED indicators flash for successful reset.
In twin mode, press and hold the Right (R) earbud for 2 seconds to toggle Active Noise Cancellation on or off. Note that using a single earbud in mono mode does not support ANC.
Ensure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case. Wipe the charging contacts clean. If the case is out of battery, plug it in or place it on a compatible wireless charger.
