Generate a configuration file (router.conf) from your IXON Cloud portal, save it to the provided USB flash drive, and insert it into the IXrouter. Registration will start automatically, and the ACT LED will turn steady blue when successfully connected.
Press and hold the reset button on the top of the router for 5 seconds until the ACT LED starts blinking. Wait until the LEDs stop flashing, release the button, and allow the router to restart. Note that you will need to re-register the device to the cloud afterward.
First, disconnect the batteries from the gloves. Plug the charger into the wall and connect the cables to the batteries. The charger light will be red while charging and turn green when the batteries are fully charged.
You can access and create the router.conf file via the IXON Cloud Fleet Manager app under the 'Tools' or 'Devices' menu in your company account.
