If you lose the Activation Code Card, contact Lockly support immediately. The card functions like a title for your lock and is strictly required for ownership identification and resetting your lock.
You can store up to 999 access codes for various users and monitor entry and exit records with a LocklyOS subscription. Without the subscription, you can still store up to 37 access codes locally.
The Offline Access Code allows owners to remotely issue access codes with customized durations without the device needing an internet connection. This is highly useful during a power outage or in areas without Wi-Fi.
Use the provided Allen wrench to loosen the screws on both sides of the handle by twisting clockwise. Remove the handle, rotate it 180 degrees, place it back onto the exterior assembly, and tighten the screws by twisting counterclockwise.
