How do I clean the interior of my Premium Levella freezer?
Before cleaning, switch off the appliance and disconnect the plug. Wash the interior and accessories with lukewarm water and mild neutral soap. Do not use abrasive powders or strong detergents.
-
Why does my new electric range smoke when I first use it?
New heating elements often have a protective coating that must be burned off. It is recommended to heat the oven to 450°F and turn the burners to maximum for about 15 minutes in a well-ventilated area before first cooking.

-
What should I do if my display refrigerator is not cooling properly?
Check that the unit is plugged into a dedicated single-phase socket with the correct voltage. Ensure ventilation openings are free of obstruction and that the thermostat is set to the correct temperature.
-
