A pulsing blue light usually indicates that the diffuser is in setup mode and ready to be paired with the app via Bluetooth.

How long do the fragrance vials last?
Fragrance longevity depends on intensity settings and usage. Generally, a fragrance vial lasts approximately 2 to 6 weeks. The Pura app tracks usage and can help you schedule refills.

Why can't I smell my Pura device?
If the scent is faint, try increasing the intensity in the app. Also, ensure the device is not placed near heavy airflow (like vents or open windows) which can disperse the scent too quickly. Old vials (over 100 hours of diffusion) may need replacement.
