To connect the AirCard, turn on your device by holding the button for 5 seconds until it beeps. Ensure Bluetooth is on, open the Find My Device or Apple Find My app, and follow the in-app instructions to add a new item locator.
First, remove the item locator from the Find My app. Once removed, turn the device on, double-click the button (or click 4 times depending on the model), and then press and hold the button until you hear a sound indicating the factory reset is complete.
