Ensure the battery is properly inserted and charged. Press and hold the power button in the middle of the control unit to activate your lithium battery and LCD display. Do this only when you are safely on the bike.
The frame number is unique to your e-bike and is critically important in case of theft. It is usually located on the right side of the middle engine or stamped onto the bottom bracket shell of the frame.
Some models feature a seat post button on the left side of the handlebar. Press and hold the button while pressing down or lifting the saddle to your desired height, then release the button. On classic models, gently loosen the seat tube quick-release lever, adjust the height, and firmly close the lever.
