If images appear cloudy, apply a small amount of isopropyl alcohol to a Q-tip and lightly rub the reflective inner lens. Dry gently with a clean cloth. Do not use harsh window cleaners or solvents.
Press and hold the Mode/Flashlight button for 3 seconds to cycle modes. Alternatively, press the Power and Mode buttons simultaneously to quick-cycle. Modes include Fire Mode, TI Basic+, and Survey Mode.
Fire Mode is optimized for active firefighting with high-contrast gray/red scales to locate fire and flashover candidates. Survey Mode uses a monochromatic blue palette detailed for search and rescue or overhaul operations.
