Connect the Marksman to a stable Wi-Fi connection, navigate to System > Updates in the menu, and download the latest software. Ensure the unit remains powered on during the update process.
The optimal operating temperature is up to 185°F (85°C). Operating above this temperature can cause beacon failure and will void the warranty. Monitor the temperature closely while drilling.
Insert a fresh lithium battery, place the beacon in the housing, keep it at least 10 feet away from the tracker, and use the beacon menu on your tracker to select and complete depth calibration.
