Serial numbers are typically located on the console mast frame bracket and on the back side of the console structure. You should record these numbers for warranty and service purposes.
For connected consoles, go to Machine Settings and select 'Check for Updates'. For non-connected consoles, download the latest software from the Vision Fitness support website onto a USB drive and update via the console's USB port.
Access the Machine Settings on your console and ensure that 'Demo Mode' is unchecked. If Demo Mode is active, it prevents the belt from moving. Uncheck it and cycle the power.
