Most strictly modern VSTARCAM devices use the O-KAM Pro app. Older legacy models may utilize the Eye4 app. Both are available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Locate the reset button on your device (often near the SD card slot or on the back). Press and hold it for 3 to 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes or you hear a voice prompt indicating the reset is complete.
Support varies by model. Many basic affordable models only support 2.4GHz WiFi networks. Dual-band models (labeled as 5G support or dual-band) can connect to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
Open your camera in the O-KAM Pro app, navigate to Settings > Monitoring Function (or Alarm Settings), and enable Motion Detection. You can adjust sensitivity and detection zones within this menu.
Videos can be saved to a local Micro SD card (TF card) inserted into the camera, or to the cloud if you subscribe to the cloud storage service within the app.
