ESBE CRK210 Controller

La sèrie ESBE CRK210 són actuadors combinats amb controladors. La gamma CRK210 ofereix un control constant de la temperatura de cabal per a dispositius amb funció combinada de calefacció i refrigeració. La Sèrie CRK210 està pensada per ser utilitzada amb vàlvules Sèrie VRx.

Funcionament

• The CRK210 is a constant temperature controller intended for applications where a constant flow temperature is desired. The controller is integrated with an actuator and is designed to be used with rotating mixing valves series VRx.
• The Series CRK210 consists of two main components: an actuator and a flow temperature sensor. The primary function of the controller is to maintain a constant set temperature at the sensor location. The series includes a T/T2 (main temperature to alternative temperature) setting, which also controls the opening direction of the actuator. This feature is intended for devices with combined heating and cooling functions set by relay. Additional equipment, such as a clock, may be needed to release the relay if the heating/cooling unit lacks an available control signal. Releasing the relay changes the actuator’s working direction to match the source unit’s mode (heating or cooling). Settings are adjusted via a joystick and displayed on a screen.

Introduction of ESBE Self-Adaptive System

The ESBE Self-Adaptive System manages PI factors (Proportional gain and Integral response) by learning system behaviors and addressing issues previously managed by installers. This system ensures smooth controller operation, eliminates issues related to delays or response times, and delivers high control standards and comfort. This makes the CRK210 Series suitable for any system setup or environment.

INSTAL·LACIÓ

• Alimentació mitjançant adaptador de 230 V AC (complet amb transformador, cable i endoll).
• El sensor de temperatura de cabal ve amb cable d'1,5 m inclòs (cable més llarg disponible com a accessori). El sensor ha d'estar acuradament aïllat de la temperatura ambient.
• Gràcies a la interfície especial entre el controlador de la sèrie CRK210 i la sèrie ESBE VRG i VRH, la unitat en el seu conjunt té una estabilitat i precisió úniques a l'hora de regular.

Temperatura de pas constant que va al circuit de calefacció
El CRK210 controla i assegura la temperatura de flux establerta. El controlador està connectat al dispositiu amb funció combinada de calefacció i refrigeració. La connexió es realitza mitjançant relé, que quan s'allibera canviarà la direcció d'obertura del CRK210. Aquesta característica permet al CRK210 ajustar el principi de treball entre el mode de treball de calefacció o refrigeració del dispositiu de calefacció/refrigeració.
