Create a Lennox account in Lennox Home App

Download the Lennox Home App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Please create a Samsung Smart Things Account and download the Lennox Home App prior to proceeding.

1. Start the Lennox Home App
2. Create New User Account
3. Complete the registration form by filling in your phone number, email address, and password.
   Be sure to verify both email and password.
   Select the box for “I agree to the LENNOX EULA”
4. Click on Register button at the bottom
5. Your account has been created

How to add a Mini-Split

to a Lennox Home Account
Adding a single Mini-Split to Lennox Home Account
Aquest example shows if you have no existing Mini-Splits or Lennox thermostats in the home.
Now that you have a Lennox account on your Lennox Home App, you can add Thermostats and Mini-Splits to it. In this first scenario, we will assume you only have a single Mini-Split to add to your Lennox Home.

1. Upon completing registration or accessing your app prior to adding a system, you will be prompted to Add New System
2. You will see that you can either add a Lennox
   Thermostat or a Lennox mini-splits Powered by Samsung
3. Select Lennox mini-splits Powered by Samsung
   Click on the arrow in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
4. Click on Link to SmartThings
5. Authenticate credentials.
   Enter your Smart Things account information
6. After authenticating, you will select a location to allow Lennox Cloud 2 Cloud to access
7. Authorize to allow Lennox Cloud 2 Cloud Integration
8. You will be prompted to Create New Home if one has not been previously set up
9. Click on the arrow in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
10. Enter a Home Name, Country, Address, City, State, and Zip code and then click on the arrow on the bottom right to continue
11. You have successfully added your mini-split unit(s) Click on Finish
12. You now have access and control of your paired Mini-Split

Adding a Mini-Split to a Lennox Home that has Lennox Thermostats

Log in to your Lennox Home App that has your existing Lennox Thermostat(s) installed.

1. From the home screen, select the menu icon in the top left corner
   Select Add System
2. Select Lennox mini-splits Powered by Samsung
3. Click on the arrow in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
4. Click on Link to SmartThings
5. Authenticate credentials Enter your SmartThings account information
6. After authenticating, you will select a location to allow Lennox Cloud 2 Cloud to access
7. Authorize to allow Lennox Cloud 2 Cloud Integration
8. Click on the arrow in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
9. Select Select Existing Home
10. Click on the arrow in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
11. Select the home you’d like to use. Once selected, a checkmark will appear
12. Click on the arrow in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
13. Your Mini-Split has been successfully added to your home

Setting the mode on your Mini-Split

*Please note more features of your Lennox Powered by Samsung Mini-split can be found on your remote or within the Samsung SmartThings App.

Setting fan on your Mini-Split

1. From the home screen, select the menu icon in the top left corner
2. From the drop-down, select Fan

Not all fan speeds are available in each Mode.

Mini-Split Fan Modes

Unregistering your Mini-Split

1. From the home screen, select the menu icon in the top left corner
2. From the drop-down, select Settings
3. Select Unregister System
4. Click on the Unregister button
5. Seleccioneu Sí
   Your system has been unregistered

Unlink Smart Things Account

1. From the home screen, select the menu icon in the top left corner
2. From the drop-down, select Settings
3. Select User Settings
4. Click on the Unlink Smart Things Account button
5. Seleccioneu Sí
   Your SmartThings account has now been unlinked from your Lennox account, and all connected Mini-Splits have been removed from your Lennox account.
