- Ensure the device is powered off before beginning any repair procedure.

- Do not touch exposed circuits with bare hands to prevent contamination or damage.
- Handle flex cables, connectors, and FPCs with care to avoid tearing or delamination.
- After reassembly, verify that all connectors are fully seated and that no screws are missing.

- Always perform repairs in an ESD-protected environment.
- Wear an antistatic wrist strap and ensure it is properly grounded.
- Use ESD-safe tools and place components on an antistatic mat.
- Avoid touching connector pins, ICs, or exposed circuitry directly.
- Store removed components in ESD-safe bags or containers.
- Ensure humidity levels are appropriate to reduce static buildup.
Introducció
The purpose of this document is to explain the disassembly procedure for the MS652 product. The detailed steps, along with the necessary warnings, are provided below.

Procediment de desmuntatge
- Remove the SIM card tray and the battery cover
- Remove the device. Use the SIM‑eject pin to press the pinhole and release the SIM card tray, then pull the tray out vertically from the side of the phone.
- Insert the pry tool along the side‑key area and gently work it up and down, then move it counterclockwise around the edges to remove the battery cover assembly.
- Nota: When inserting the pry tool near the smooth power‑button area, do not exceed a depth of 3 mm to avoid damaging the side‑key FPC
- Take the waterproof Miala, remove the screws, and detach the upper and lower brackets
- Remove the waterproof malt with tweezers. Use an electric screwdriver to remove the upper and lower bracket bolts one by one (a total of 16 bolts). Then use tweezers to remove both the upper and lower brackets.
- Remove the mainboard screws and disconnect the BTB connectors
- Use an electric screwdriver to remove the two mainboard bolts. Then use a pry tool to sequentially disconnect the battery, LCD, and sub‑board BTB connectors.
- 2.4 Disassemble the main board and auxiliary board
- Use a pry tool to remove the mainboard and sub‑board at the point indicated by the red arrow, then disconnect the coaxial cable.
- Disassemble the receiver, vibration motor, and speaker
- Use tweezers to lift and remove the earpiece, the vibration‑motor FPC, and the speaker.
- Remove the front and rear cameras from the mainboard, then remove the earpiece module from the sub‑board, and take off the USB port’s sealed silicone sleeve.
- Separately remove the front camera, rear camera, front‑camera conductive foam, the sub‑board headphone silicone cover, and the USB silicone cover.
- Remove the battery and press out the side‑key FPC
- Tear off the upper and lower transparent pull‑tabs along the left edge of the battery. Pull up the middle green tab to remove the battery with firm force. Then use tweezers to remove the side‑key FPC
