Instruccions d'ús del producte

• Primers passos
  • Descarrega l'aplicació: Cerca the ‘Faith Tag’ app on the App Store or Google Play.
• Carregueu la impressora:
  • Prepare your own DC 5V power adapter with a Type-C port.
  • Insert the Type-C end of the USB cable into the printer’s Type-C charger port.
  • Plug the other end of the Type-C cable into the Type-C port of your power adapter.
  • The indicator light will flash slowly with a white light while charging.
  • Charge for at least 30 minutes for quick use, or 2 hours for a full charge.
  • When fully charged, the indicator light will stay white (if turned on) or go out (if turned off).
  • Unplug the charger promptly once fully charged. Avoid using the printer while charging, as it may reduce charging speed, compromise print quality, and shorten battery life.
• Loading/Replacing the Paper Roll
  • Before starting printing, please ensure that the paper roll is properly loaded into the paper compartment.
  • Push the Cover Open Button towards the arrow to open the Paper Compartment.

  • The app will request permission to use Bluetooth. Tap ‘OK’ to grant permission.
  • Tap ‘Connect’ on the home page.
  • Once connected, tap the home page to view guions.
• Impressió
  • After connecting, tap ‘Print’.
  • Tap ‘Print’ again to confirm.
  • La impressió s'ha completat.
• Tearing Off Labels
  • Trenqueu l'etiqueta al llarg de la sortida del paper.
  • Traieu el suport.
  • Stick the label onto a dry surface.
• Resolució de problemes
  • La impressora no s'encén: Ensure the printer is charged. Refer to ‘Charging Instructions’.
  • Printing issues: Check if the paper roll is properly loaded. Refer to ‘Replacing the Paper Roll’.
  • Bluetooth connection problems: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the ‘Faith Tag’ app has permission to use it. Try restarting the printer and the app.
  • Mala qualitat d'impressió: Ensure the paper roll is inserted correctly and is not old or damaged. The print head may be hot; allow it to cool down before further use.
  • Interference (FCC/IC): This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference, in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at their own expense.

2.2 Guia de l'usuari
O Abans de començar a imprimir, assegureu-vos que el rotlle de paper estigui correctament carregat al compartiment de paper. Per obtenir instruccions detallades, consulteu la secció "3. Substitució del rotlle de paper" del manual.

Per encendre la impressora, premeu el botó d'engegada durant tres segons fins que l'indicador lluminós estigui encès.

Connexió completada. Toqueu la pàgina d'inici per a view escriptures.

Substitució del rotlle de paper

Premeu el botó d'obertura de la coberta cap a la fletxa per treure l'eix del rotlle de paper.

Instruccions de càrrega

1. Prepareu el vostre propi adaptador de corrent (DC 5V/2A) amb un port tipus A.
2. Inseriu l'extrem tipus C (extrem pla) del cable USB al port del carregador tipus C de l'F21 i connecteu l'extrem tipus A (extrem ample) al port tipus A de l'adaptador de corrent.
3. Després de connectar i endollar, comproveu l'estat de l'indicador lluminós de la impressora. Quan la impressora s'estigui carregant, l'indicador lluminós parpellejarà lentament amb una "llum blanca".
4. Please charge for at least 20 minutes to meet quick usage; charging for 2-3 hours will complete the charging, or the following two states indicate full charge: when turned on, the indicator light stays “white”; when turned off, the light goes out.
5. Com que la impressora es pot escalfar durant la càrrega, eviteu col·locar-la sobre materials com el cotó o el lli.
6. Un cop la bateria estigui completament carregada, desendolleu el carregador immediatament.
Eviteu utilitzar la impressora mentre es carrega. Si la feu servir mentre es carrega, la velocitat de càrrega es reduirà, la qualitat d'impressió es veurà afectada i la durada de la bateria escurçada.
